With more than 25 years' experience in the business and 2,500 current installations RAMCON A/S has the experience and support needed to give optimum service and support.
RAMCON invests in having the resources that are necessary to give our customers optimum service and support. It is essential for us that our customers can meet their results at the agreed time. With 25 employees at RAMCON with individual, strong professional backgrounds as well as many years' practical experience we can ensure the optimum support in choosing equipment, installation, training and support. We also collaborate closely with our suppliers. They are all ready to step in with quick assistance.
RAMCON is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, which means that all processes in the company are continuously reviewed, validated and improved. We continuously evaluate delivery times, competences and customer feedback to see where we can improve.
RAMCON prioritises good communication very highly. We view it as crucial in order for us to be able to deliver the solutions that are necessary to develop and maintain good customer relations. We use many resources on organisation and management to ensure both good internal and external communication. At RAMCON we collaborate across all departments to ensure the best possible projecting, installation and training.
Furthermore, RAMCON has its own warehouse in Denmark where common spare parts and consumer goods are stocked. So we are able to deliver goods to our customers very quickly.
