SPRIWorks kan anvendes til Fragment Library Construction for Next Generation Sequencing med både Illumina Genome Analyzer, Roche GS FLX DNA Sequencer og Life Technologies SOLiD. Der kan fremstilles 1-10 biblioteker ad gangen inklusive mulighed for størrelses selektion ved hjælp af magnetiske beads.
